then you need to look up al forbes in charlotte.  alpha sound and light is his company.  he recently re-capped my V4 and replaced burnt-out screen resistors.  he built the caps from scratch.  he also keeps a stock of tubes which he matches himself.  i sent him TWO riviera fenders and he didn't even flinch.  he was even able to make a pedal for the 140 (i had to find him the schematic).  everyone i talk to in this area who has some sort of ampeg tube amp always says they go to al for service.  he sends the amps back clean and singing.  if you ever get to go to his shop you will be amazed at his vintage gibson amp collection.  he is so freakin' reasonable on the pocketbook, and his customer service rules.   if you read this al, hi there!  this is tom devlin!  you rule!
